Who We Are

Arboreal Management is a professional property management company operating apartment communities across the Pacific Northwest. We manage homes in Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, and surrounding areas — serving residents across a range of incomes, household sizes, and life stages.

Our portfolio includes both market-rate apartments and income-restricted housing through programs like LIHTC, MFTE, MHA, and the Amazon Housing Equity Fund. Every property receives the same standard of management, maintenance, and service regardless of program type or rent level.

What We Manage

Our communities range from newer urban buildings to established neighborhood properties. We manage studios through three-bedroom apartments, with options at market rate and through multiple affordable housing programs.

We work across multiple jurisdictions and compliance frameworks, which means our team understands the documentation, income verification, and regulatory requirements that come with affordable housing — and we make the process as straightforward as possible for applicants and residents.
