Besides beautiful amenities, our cozy units are located in the heart of it all. Just steps away from the University of Washington, Portage Bay Café, The Ave, the Burke-Gilman trail and the waterfront parks of Northlake and Portage Bay, our location is convenient and fun!

Policies and FAQs

  • All of our normal apartment policies are in effect for our furnished rentals. Please read them at https://arboreal.management/policies
  • Our prices vary from building to building and unit to unit. Please call, text or email for the latest
  • The prices we quote are for rent and then a flat fee for utilities (usually $100/month for single occupancy, $150 for double)
  • We pro-rate rents to the day (so if you move in on the 15th, you’d pay for half the month)
  • All residents, even short term, must fill in an application through our web site. The cost is $40.
  • Short term security deposits are $500. There is generally a cleaning fee of $150 which will be deducted from the deposit. The balance of the deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days of your move out
  • As a Seattle renter, you have all the same rights and responsibilities as any other renter. You can learn more at https://www.seattle.gov/rentinginseattle
  • Pets are allowed for an additional $49. If you bring a pet you will need to sign a pet addendum.
