Rental Criteria
Applicants for market-rate units must demonstrate gross monthly income equal to at least 3x the rent. MFTE units require gross income of at least 2x the rent and have program income limits. All applicants undergo a comprehensive credit and background review and must submit a completed application before a leasing decision. References and rental history are verified. If we cannot offer a lease due to credit reasons, applicable fees are refundable.
