Rental Criteria

Applicants must meet SEA Standard rental criteria: verifiable gross income equal to at least three times the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 650. All applicants will undergo credit and background screening, provide government ID and proof of income, and submit rental history references. Recent evictions or unresolved judgments may affect eligibility. Additional documentation may be requested during the application review.
