Rental Criteria

Income requirement: gross monthly household income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Credit requirements: a minimum credit score of 650 qualifies for a standard $500 deposit; applicants with a minimum 550 score may be approved with an increased deposit. All applicants must pass a background and rental history check; recent evictions or unresolved judgments may disqualify an application. Additional documentation (ID, proof of income, references) is required. Cosigners considered on a case-by-case basis.
