Rental Criteria
Minimum requirements to apply:• Income: Gross monthly income equal to at least 3× the monthly rent (must provide 3 months of income documentation).• Credit: Minimum credit score 650 required. Applicants with scores between 600–650 may be required to pay an additional security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. Guarantors accepted.• Fees: $40 application fee per applicant. $210 holding fee required to reserve a unit ($200 credited toward move-in deposit on approved lease).• Documentation: Employer information, residential history, and ID required. Standard background and rental history checks apply.• Age: Applicants must be 18 or older.
