Rental Criteria

Minimum credit score: 650. Income must be 3x the monthly rent. Applicants with credit scores between 600–650 will require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Application fee: $40. Admin fee: $210 (with $200 applied to deposit on approval). Required documentation: 3 months of recent pay stubs, employment information (verification will be requested), and residential history (verification will be requested). Guarantors are accepted.
