No elevator access; units are on the ground floor and units 101, 102 and 200 are accessible via ramp. Applicants should note the building’s small size (12 units) and that there is no on-site parking.
Rental Criteria
Standard Seattle criteria apply. Income: applicants must show gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Credit history is reviewed comprehensively; if an applicant is denied solely because of credit review, application fees will be refunded. Background and rental history checks are required. Application fee: $250 (see application instructions for fee credit).
