Important: OneOne6 has no elevator and units are microunits (small, efficient layouts). There is no on-site parking. Shared kitchens and on-site laundry are provided. Monthly internet, insurance, and credit bundle is $39. Review accessibility and mobility needs before touring.
Rental Criteria
Minimum requirements to apply: household income of at least 3x the monthly rent and a credit score of 650 or higher. Applicants must pass standard background and rental history checks. Security deposit is one month’s rent, or a $99 deposit option may be available for applicants with a credit score above 650. Final approval is subject to verification of income, references, and background screening.
