Applicants must complete an application and pay the non-refundable application fee. Income should generally be at least three times the monthly rent (or meet program-specific requirements for affordable units). Minimum credit score guideline: 600, though exceptions may be considered with compensating factors. No recent evictions or active lease violations. Criminal background screening is required; disqualifying offenses will follow fair housing and program rules. Positive landlord references and verification of employment/income are required. Special program rules may apply for affordable units; those criteria will be communicated during the application process.
