Minimum requirements: income must be at least 3× the monthly rent; minimum credit score of 650. Guarantors are welcome and can be used to meet income/credit requirements. Application fee: $40. Administrative fee: $210 (of which $200 will go toward your deposit). Required documentation: three months of paycheck stubs, employment information for verification, and residential history (verifications will be requested after application). Applicants must be 18 or older.
