Stairs-only building (no elevator). Internet is not included in rent. Assigned parking is limited and currently unavailable; street parking is common in the neighborhood. Controlled access and shared laundry (WASH) are on-site.
Rental Criteria
SEA Standard screening applies: minimum credit score of 650 and household income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Applicants must pass background and rental history checks. Proof of income and photo ID required for all adult applicants. Additional program-specific criteria may apply for affordable units.
