Applicants must meet the following criteria: minimum credit score of 650; verifiable income at least three times the monthly rent; positive rental references and no recent evictions. All applicants are subject to background, credit, and rental-history verification. Cosigners or guarantors are accepted when necessary. Application review may include identity verification and proof of current residence.
