Rental Criteria
Rental criteria follow the SEA Standard: applicants must have verifiable income of at least three times the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 650. All applicants are subject to background and eviction screening. References and proof of income (recent pay stubs, tax returns, or benefit statements) are required. Additional program or property-specific requirements may apply.
